• Sustaining a Creative Career
  A flagship workshop addressing burnout, fragmentation, and precarity by helping creatives design sustainable ways of working that support creative identity, wellbeing, and long-term engagement.

These workshops can be delivered individually or combined as part of a wider programme, depending on organisational priorities.

2. Extended Programme Delivery (Deeper Impact)

For organisations seeking longer-term outcomes, Sustaining a Creative Career can also be delivered as a three–half-day workshop series.

This format allows participants to move beyond awareness into application, supporting them to:

• identify and utilise their existing capacities and resources,

• and design practical, sustainable ways of working over time.
